William G. Rohrer College of Business has been recognized for offering one of the nation’s leading MBA programs in the newly released 2027 QS Global MBA Rankings, earning a No. 88 ranking in the United States and placing No. 65 nationally for return on investment (ROI).

The Rohrer MBA also ranks No. 40 among public universities in the United States and No. 32 among public universities for ROI. In New Jersey, Rohrer is ranked No. 2 among MBA programs. QS evaluates full-time MBA programs across multiple dimensions.

The recognition comes as the Rohrer College of Business continues to innovate its graduate business education offerings, including the launch of a new 30-credit MBA and a STEM-designated MBA. The redesigned programs are intended to provide students with greater flexibility, a focused curriculum and strong preparation for a rapidly changing business environment.

“We are incredibly proud of this recognition, particularly the strong results for return on investment, because ROI is central to how we think about the value of an MBA,” said Dr. Matthew Sarkees, dean of William G. Rohrer College of Business. “Students are making a significant investment in their education, and we have a responsibility to make sure that investment delivers meaningful value.”

Sarkees said the rankings also validate the College’s emphasis on innovation in graduate business education. “Our new 30-credit MBA reflects our commitment to meeting students where they are, increasing the value of the degree and creating a focused, high-quality learning experience. Our STEM MBA adds another important dimension by connecting business education with technology, analytics and quantitative skills.”

The Rohrer College of Business’ new MBA offerings build on a broader commitment to innovation across the College, including expanded graduate programs, investments in artificial intelligence and technology, and opportunities for students to connect classroom learning with business and industry.

“This recognition belongs to our faculty, staff, students, alumni and partners,” Sarkees said. “Their commitment to students makes achievements like this possible. We are grateful for everything they do to move Rohrer College of Business forward. This is an exciting moment for our MBA program, and an indication of where we are headed.”
