Forbes names Rowan University one of New Jersey’s best employers

Rowan is again featured on Forbes’ list of America’s Best Employers by State for 2026. 

Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to identify the best employers based on a survey of more than 245,000 employees working for companies with at least 500 workers. Survey respondents from all 50 states were asked how likely they were to recommend their employer on a scale of zero to 10 and were asked to assess their workplace based on criteria including wages and benefits, management style, company reputation, flexibility and career advancement opportunities.

Rowan has also been featured on Forbes’ list of America’s Best Midsize Employers, Top Colleges, and has been on America’s Best Employers by State since 2020.
