Jaworski joins Rowan University Board of Trustees

Joleen Jaworski, the creator of Business Clubs America (BCA), was sworn in as a member of the Rowan University Board of Trustees on April 15, 2026. Jaworski was appointed to Rowan’s board by Governor Mikie Sherrill. 

An expert in relationship marketing and business leadership, Jaworski founded BCA in 2005 and has since developed the organization into one of the nation’s most exclusive CEO communities. BCA inspires business leaders to rethink how they build influence and trust. 

Community leadership is also woven into her approach to business, reflecting her belief that meaningful relationships extend beyond the boardroom and into the community. As a result, Jaworski created a Charity Spotlight program, providing visibility and resources to more than 80 nonprofit organizations throughout the region. She also leads company-wide volunteer initiatives and fundraising partnerships, which align with her belief in using business as a platform for good. 

Jaworski’s leadership and impact have been recognized with numerous honors, including the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award, the SmartCEO Brava Women in Business Award, and recognition from The Legacy Treatment Foundation for her contributions to the community. 

In addition to Jaworski’s charity work through BCA, she serves on the board of Ron Jaworski’s Jaws Youth Playbook, a charitable organization made up of former athletes committed to improving the overall health and wellness of at-risk youth in the Greater Philadelphia Region. 

A 1999 Rowan alumna, Jaworski was an NCAA Academic All-American, two-time all-conference field hockey player, and was inducted in the Rowan University Athletic Hall of Fame in 2025 as part of the 1998 Field Hockey team. 

Jaworski’s term on the Rowan Board of Trustees will expire in 2031. She currently lives in Sewell with her husband and their two sons.
