Application period opens for free Think Like an Entrepreneur Summer Academy 2025

The School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University is now accepting applications for its 9^th annual Think Like an Entrepreneur Summer Academy for high school students.

The four-day, non-residential experience grants three free college credits to rising high school juniors and seniors who complete the program. This year’s program runs June 23-26, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day.

Application & Deadlines

Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. May 18 and acceptance notifications will be emailed by May 28. 

Eligible applicants must live in the United States and be either a high school junior or senior during the 2025-26 academic year.

About the 2025 Think Like an Entrepreneur Summer Academy 

The academy focuses on the development of soft skills - including the fostering of an entrepreneurial mindset – and on building entrepreneurial knowledge and expertise.

Regardless of intended major, all future college students, and the organizations that employ them, benefit from the type of creative mindset, hard work and initiative that power startups.

Participants will:

• Learn how to conceive, develop, prototype and sell ideas
• Work with Rowan faculty and student leaders to learn the basics of how to transform an idea into a viable business
• Experience life on a college campus and the excitement of working toward a common goal
• Earn three college credits (upon completion), which is the equivalent to one college course. Credits may be used at Rowan or transferred to another college or university.

Please note that transportation and housing are not provided.

No program fees

Thanks to the generous support of the TD Charitable Foundation, participation in the academy is free of charge!
