Online excellence: U.S. News names eight Rowan degree programs among the best

U.S. News & World Report today recognized eight Rowan University online programs among the best available anywhere.

Key among those programs honored were Rowan’s online bachelor's degree options (#84).

All online programs recognized in this year’s U.S. News survey are:

• #43 Best Online Master's in Engineering programs (tie)
• #46 Best Online Master's in Education programs (tie)
• #48 Best Online Master's in Criminal Justice programs (tie)
• #84 Best Online Bachelor's programs (tie)
• #79 Best Online Bachelor's in Business programs (tie)
• #88 Best Online MBA programs (tie)
• #98 Best Online Master's in Nursing programs (tie)
• #106 Best Online Master's in Business programs (other than MBA) (tie)

In September, the news magazine ranked Rowan #92 among public national universities in its 2025 annual guide to the best colleges.

Mentioned as top performing programs in that report were:

• undergraduate programs through the Rohrer College of Business
• the Bachelor of Science in nursing
• undergraduate economics
• undergraduate computer science
• undergraduate engineering
• undergraduate psychology
