Rowan’s RCIE named a finalist for entrepreneurship on global stage

The Rowan Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (RCIE) was named one of five finalists from North and South America in June among universities nominated for the “America's Most Impactful Initiative of the Year” award at the 2024 Triple E Awards.

Presented by the Accreditation Council for Entrepreneurial and Engaged Universities at the 2024 ACEEU Americas Forum at the University of São Paulo in Brazil, the Triple E Awards honor global achievement in entrepreneurship in higher education.

RCIE Assistant Director Jessica Vattima represented Rowan University at the awards ceremony.

“Recognition on a global stage is a great honor and further validation of the incredible opportunities and resources Rowan students have to learn and grow,” Vattima said.

ACEEU recognized the RCIE for its mission of “championing the next generation of entrepreneurs, innovators, and change-makers,” and for impactful programming and events.

The center, housed within the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the in the Rohrer College of Business, supports students and pairs members of the Rowan community with aspiring businesspeople from across the region.
