Rowan students, faculty and staff win at BEA competition
The Broadcast Education Association (BEA) this week announced the winners of the 2023 Festival of Media Arts competition, recognizing Rowan University students, faculty and staff in numerous categories.
Honorees for Student Film and Video included submissions produced under the direction of Ryan Barrett, assistant director for Creative & New Media in the Office of Admissions. Also honored, Barrett received the Award of Excellence in the Faculty Film and Video category for the production, “You Belong Here.”
All student audio awards were for projects completed in Radio, Television & Film classes in the Ric Edelman College of Communication & Creative Arts. Most are Radio, Television & Film majors and include honorees in the following categories:
