Rohrer College of Business Dean Sue Lehrman and Dr. Jennifer LeComte, director of the Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine’s Rowan Integrated Special Needs Center (RISN), this week joined Gloucester County’s 2022 class of “Women of Achievement,” a group that includes leaders in public safety, health care, community service, education and other fields.

Dr. Lehrman (at right) has been a higher education leader for more than 25 years and dean of the RCB since 2015, a period in which the college has experienced tremendous growth and built and moved into its new home, Business Hall, on Rowan’s Glassboro campus.

Dr. LeComte (below), who is also the inaugural program director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Inspira Mullica Hill, runs RISN, a primary care practice for patients with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities on the campus of Rowan College of South Jersey in Sewell.

Also included in this year’s class of 19 honorees were Dr. Patricia Claghorn, dean of Business Studies at Rowan College of South Jersey; Alice Smith, director of Career and Internship Services at Rowan College of South Jersey; and Susan Hall, dean of Nursing and Health Professions at Rowan College of South Jersey.

Gloucester County officials, noting the importance of recognizing some of the region’s greatest leaders, have honored Women of Achievement for more than 20 years.

“The women selected to receive this achievement award demonstrate leadership and success in their area of expertise,” said Gloucester County Commissioner Director Frank J. DiMarco.  “We are proud to honor them for their tremendous achievements and dedication to service.”

Honorees will be recognized Oct. 18, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Auletto Caterers, 1849 Cooper Street, Deptford. For tickets, call (856) 384-6874.
