Entrepreneurs Forum to showcase new technologies

The Entrepreneurs Forum of Southern New Jersey (EFSNJ) will meet on
Wednesday, September 19, from 8 to 10 a.m. at the RiverWinds
Community Center, 1000 RiverWinds Dr., West Deptford. The program,
titled "New Technologies Growing in South Jersey," will showcase
new commercial technologies being developed by companies and
universities in the region. Attendees will have an opportunity to
learn about technological innovation in South Jersey, university
research and technology, and the technology marketplace. The event
is free and open to the public.
Guest speakers will be Martin Schmieg, CEO, Freedom 2 Ink, Inc., Camden, which has developed the world's first permanent but completely removable tattoo ink; Dr. S. Jay Kuder, associate provost for research at Rowan University; and H. Louis Cooperhouse, director, Food Innovation Research and Extension Center, Rutgers University, Bridgeton, and president of the New Jersey Business Incubation Network.
Schmieg will discuss the original technology that enables his company to hold a unique place in a growing market. Kuder and Cooperhouse will provide brief overviews of a number of different initiatives being developed by entrepreneurs at Rowan and Rutgers.
