Lawrence Michael DiVietro Jr., president and CEO of Land Dimensions Engineering, Turnersville, was appointed to the Rowan University Board of Trustees at its Feb. 13 meeting.
DiVietro, of Wenonah, is a licensed professional land surveyor and professional planner known for promoting a philosophy of advancing long-term land use management to serve future growth while balancing socio-economic needs with environmental sensitivity.
Land Dimensions Engineering, a company DiVietro founded, serves developers and local governments, providing expertise in land management through land surveying, land use planning, site development engineering, landscape design and environmental engineering.
A member of numerous civic organizations, DiVietro serves as vice chairman of the Gloucester County YMCA and trustee for the Southern New Jersey Development Council. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, Southern New Jersey Builders League and American Planning Association.
