Rowan's Management Institute Offers Training and Professional Development Courses

GLASSBORO--Rowan University's Management Institute is offering the following training and
professional development courses:
Management Skills for Maintenance Managers and Supervisors is a two-day program designed to help
managers motivate maintenance workers to higher quality work and maximum productivity. The program is
Tuesday, April 13, and Wednesday, April 14, from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the Atrium Executive Suite in Mt.
Laurel. Cost is $675 for Management Institute members and $695 for non-members.
Leadership Through Listening: Managing Change and Increasing Performance is a one-day program that
explores the art of receptive listening, how to maximize talents and match them to a company's needs, set
clearly defined life and career goals, and balance personal work style through planning and effective
managing. The program is Tuesday, April 13, at the Mansion in Voorhees. Cost is $205 for Management
Institute members and $225 for non-members.
