Rowan University Launches ‘Cannabis College' for Marijuana Research

WATCH: NBC10's Cydney Long speaks with Provost Anthony Lowman, faculty and students about Rowan University's new cannabis institute. The research will explore the plant's chemistry, health risks and benefits, the social and criminal justice implications of New Jersey's new laws.
