Chief of Infectious Disease Dr. Judith Lightfoot discusses surge in COVID-19 cases

WATCH: Coronavirus cases are surging again in New Jersey. Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine's Dr. Judith Lightfoot says we all need to keep our antennae up. 

"I think people are becoming a little too comfortable," Lightfoot tells NJ Spotlight News. "Having a thousand cases like this is unacceptable."
