Sixty high school students from throughout South Jersey learned what it takes to conceive, develop and prototype their businesses during the third annual Think Like An Entrepreneur Summer Academy this month at Rowan University.
Faculty from the Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering hosted teachers from southern New Jersey school districts for the first “KEEN Teacher Camp.” Rowan Engineering and KEEN co-sponsored the weeklong event, held on Rowan’s Glassboro campus from July 8 to 12. This program builds on the tradition of successful continuing education programs for k-12 teachers that Rowan Engineering has hosted annually.

Rowan University has appointed Dr. Anthony Lowman as provost and senior vice president for Academic Affairs, the chief academic officer of the growing institution that has campuses in Glassboro, Camden and Stratford, New Jersey. He assumed the position July 1.
