Cooking contest featured 15 entries including snacks, appetizers, entrees and a dessert, all of which included Houshmand's Hazardous Hot Sauce.
In celebration of National Hot Sauce Day on Jan. 22, Rowan University and the Landmark Americana will present a cooking competition featuring foods that utilize Rowan President Ali A. Houshmand’s Hazardous Hot Sauce as a key ingredient.
