Glassboro-Barry Kramer, of Glassboro, recently joined Rowan University as the executive director of the
Management Institute, the region's leading provider of customized business training programs since 1974.

Kramer served as the director of Marketing and Resources and the Business and Human Resource Center
at Atlantic Cape Community College (ACCC) for 14 years. Over the past eight years, Kramer was
responsible for designing customized training programs for the hospitality industry and business community.
He specialized in securing funding to assist businesses in solving training and business related problems.

Prior to his service at ACCC, Kramer worked at Temple University for 11 years as an associate director of
the Office of Extension Services and as an adjunct professor.

Kramer earned his master's degree at University of Missouri and his bachelor's degree at City University
of New York.

Rowan University's Management Institute provides more than 200 business training programs for
approximately 3,000 people annually. .
