When students arrive on campus August 31 they?ll be faced with a difficult decision?go to wild all-night
parties off-campus or the wild all-night parties on-campus? The later being alcohol free, of course.

In an effort to curb off-campus opening-week partying, Rowan is hosting an unprecedented number of
non-alcoholic events targeted at freshmen and transfer students. The goal is to show students they can have
good, safe fun on campus?alternatives to the parties off-campus.

The opening-week activities are part of a year-round effort to give students an alternative to the party scene
off-campus.
