Yahan Liu, a graduate of Rowan's Department of Music, is an award winning pianist who has appeared at festivals and in concert venues around the country. She returns to campus for a solo recital featuring works by Bach, Beethoven, and Brahms in an exploration of German school composers in the Baroque, Classical and Romantic periods. Admission is FREE and open to the public.

Rowan University Art Gallery
Heather Ujiie’s exhibition, Terra Incognita, opens the 2018-2019 season at Rowan University Art Gallery with a reception on Thursday, September 13 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. The artist’s work blends the disciplines of textiles, fashion design and visual art to create an ethereal, imaginary, and mythological world. The exhibit runs September 4 – November 17, 2018.

The Department of Music and the Rowan String Program welcome Hal Grossman, the renowned violinist praised for his "tremendous virtuosic technique" and "outstanding artistic sense," for this guest artist recital. An award-winning performer, educator, and concertmaster, he has appeared in concert halls and with orchestras around the world.
