As an added bonus, audience members will have the opportunity to experience the playwright's “bed-time” story Company. Tohill Theatre Hall is located in Bunce Hall on the university's Glassboro campus.

RETHINKING PUBLIC SPACE THROUGH MURAL ARTS PROGRAMMING IN PHILADELPHIA / A talk with artist Kaitlin Pomerantz Thursday, November 1st from 5-6 pm WHAT WOULD BE AN APPROPRIATE MONUMENT TO THE CURRENT CITY OF PHILADELPHIA? In this artist talk, Kaitlin Pomerantz will discuss her response to the curatorial prompt (above) posed by the Monument Lab, a Mural Arts Program of Philadelphia. For her 2017 Monument Lab project, On the Threshold (Salvaged Stoops, Philadelphia), Pomerantz chose to collect and rebuild stoops from demolished buildings around the city, and re-site them in Society Hill’s Washington Square. The stoop is “a threshold between private and public space and a monument to a beloved symbol of Philadelphia neighborhood culture.

The Rowan Jazz Band, under the direction of Denis DiBlasio, presents "Jazz and Organized Crime" along with the Rowan Concert Choir and special guest George Anastasia, a noted crime reporter/author. Pfleeger Concert Hall is located in Wilson Hall on the university's Glassboro campus. Tickets are $10 (general admission) and $5 (seniors, non-Rowan students, alumni, military).
