The Department of Music and the Women's and Gender Studies program join forces to present “Let Your Voice Be Heard.” The Department’s Vocal Division faculty, along with music, theatre and WGS students, are joined by the Rowan University Concert Choir and pianist Corey Everly. The program of music, poetry, and dramatic readings speaks to the theme of social justice. Following the performance is a half hour panel discussion featuring students and faculty from both the Music and WGS programs, moderated by Dr. Lourin Plant. The afternoon event is offered as part of the Music Department’s “Music of Social Justice” series. Admission is free and open to the public.
