Stop by on your way to class and watch Mercury as it passes in front of the Sun! The Physics and Astronomy club will have telescopes with solar filters set up (weather permitting) on Meditation Walk between Science and Robinson Halls to allow safe viewing of our nearest star. This event is free and open to the public.

The men's basketball team opens its season and hosts "Youth Night" with free admission, schedule posters (for the first 100 children), and ice cream (while supplies last) for children under the age of 12, as well as halftime competitions with prizes.

Rowan University Art Gallery presents 7 Mile Girls, an exhibition exploring the connection between Black female style of Detroit’s inner city, with designer fashion and self- empowerment. Curated by Mary Salvante, RU Gallery Director, this exhibition featurs several new works by artist Jamea Richmond-Edwards alongside paintings loaned by the Rubell Family Collection, the exhibition will run November 7 – December 21, 2019, with an opening reception on Thursday, November 7 from 5 – 7:00 PM.
