Join us for the 2024 Health & Wellness Expo! Explore 100+ ways to be well. Don’t miss an afternoon full of activities, snacks, giveaways, and prizes. Learn, share, and connect with Rowan University departments, student groups, and local vendors dedicated to supporting your well-being. All are encouraged to attend!
Looking to move?! Come ready to sample some of our classes:
12:30-12:50 PM: Boxing
1:00 - 1:20 PM: ZUMBA
1:30-1:50 PM: Rhythm Ride Cycling
1:30-2 PM: Reiki
Student attendees will be eligible to win: Rowan Bucks, Airpods, Self-Care Baskets, and Skullcandy headphones!
