R.U. Art Gallery celebrates Sylvia Sleigh Collection, Rowan’s first permanent collection.

The tremor felt on campus this afternoon, Tuesday, Aug. 23, was a shockwave from an earthquake in Virginia.

Approximately 1,400 freshmen are expected to move into eight residence halls and five apartments, on Saturday, Aug. 27, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Rowan University, 201 Mullica Hill Road, Glassboro, N.J.

The Rowan University Board of Trustees has named Dr. Ali Houshmand interim president of the University effective July 1.

Atlantic Brass Band, ensemble-in-residence at Rowan, has won the 2011 North American Brass Band Association National Championship.

As part of the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts (PIFA), the College of Fine and Performing Arts and Rowan Univeristy at Camden will present members of the music faculty in a series of performances entitled "College of Collage."
