The Henry M. Rowan Family Foundation has contributed $100,000 to revitalize Rowan University’s Center for the Arts, with the goal of supporting cultural life and education in South Jersey.

Rowan University has appointed long-time higher education administrator and innovator Carl “Tobey” Oxholm III as executive vice president for Administration and Strategic Advancement.

A generous gift from Susquehanna Bank has given Rowan University students a huge boost in their efforts to assist typhoon victims in the Philippines.

The Rowan University community will come together for a host of events to celebrate Veterans Week, Nov. 11-16.

A team of assessors from the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEA), will arrive on Rowan University's campus on Sunday, Nov. 17,  to examine all aspects of the University's Public Safety policy and procedures, management, operations and support services, Senior Director Reed Layton has announced.
 
 

The Glassboro School District and Rowan University will host open houses for the Glassboro Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) and Fine and Performing Arts Academies on Monday, Nov. 4, starting at 6:30 p.m. at Rowan University.

Katherine Boo will share the story behind her award-winning book, Behind the Beautiful Forevers: Life, Death and Hope in a Mumbai Undercity, during a talk on Monday, Oct. 21, at 11 a.m. in the Eynon Ballroom of the Chamberlain Student Center at Rowan University.
