With a welcoming standing ovation and an hour of appreciative attention, more than 150 incoming Rowan University Educational Opportunity Fund/Maximizing Academic Potential Program students embraced U.S. Sen. Cory Booker when he made Rowan the Gloucester County stop on his 21-county Jersey Summer Road Trip in August.
Cumberland County Technical Education Center (CCTEC) and the Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering officially sealed an articulation agreement with a signing ceremony Aug. 10 at the new CCTEC campus adjacent to Cumberland County College in Vineland.
More than two dozen girls from throughout the region will converge each day at Rowan University for Attracting Women into Engineering (AWE) on Tuesday, July 26; Wednesday, July 27, and Thursday, July 28 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Rowan Hall (the College of Engineering building off Bowe Boulevard in Glassboro).
