Children in first through sixth grades will have the chance to enjoy fun, hands-on, interdisciplinary activities that encourage learning and exploration during Camp EduAdventures from August 8-26 on Rowan University’s main campus in Glassboro.

Led by faculty, staff and teacher candidates in Rowan’s College of Education, the camp runs from 8:30 a.m-4:30 p.m. each day for three weeks.

Children will enjoy activities that incorporate science, mathematics, technology, art, music, theater, literacy, creative writing, technology, health and physical education, community building and games.

Campers also will take field trips to venues such as the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (Week 1), the Rowan University Fossil Park (Week 2) and Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge (Week 3).

Registration for Camp EduAdventures is $230 per week and $195 for each additional sibling. The registration fee is $35. Fees include the field trips, a camp T-shirt, two healthy daily snacks, and a pizza lunch on Fridays. Before- and after-camp care also is available.
