Rowan's annual career fair open to companies and organizations in diverse fields

The Rowan University Colleges of Business, Communication, Engineering and Liberal Arts & Sciences are jointly sponsoring the campus-wide Rowan University Career Fair on Tuesday, February 23, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Recreation Center.

The Rowan University Colleges of Business, Communication, Engineering and Liberal Arts & Sciences are jointly sponsoring the campus-wide Rowan University Career Fair on Tuesday, February 23, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Recreation Center.

The career fair will provide an opportunity for businesses and organizations to discuss career opportunities, specific job openings and internships with Rowan students. Potential employers will be given the opportunity to set up a booth, distribute information about their company and network with students. Rowan University students will be invited to distribute resumes and discuss their future.

The fair brings together employers and students from technical, business, communication and others fields. The event welcomes companies offering career and internship opportunities and students seeking full-time careers, part-time jobs and internships in the areas of:

•    Engineering – Chemical, Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical and Computer
•    Business – Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Finance, HR Management, Management, Marketing, MIS
•    Science – Computer Science, Biology/Biochemistry, Chemistry, Law/Justice, Mathematics, Physics, Political Science
•    Communications – Advertising, Journalism, Marketing/PR, Publishing/Print Media, TV/Radio Broadcasting

The cost is $150 per table (two seats per table), and lunch is included. The inclement weather date is Tuesday, March 2.
