StudentCare is a dedicated group of students on the Rowan campus who are trained in peer facilitation and education skills to help other students to make healthy decisions.
All Rowan students, regardless of major, are invited to participate in our meetings and events!
Students are granted contact hours for participating in StudentCare.
No gimmick, no catch. Visit the Info Desk in the Wellness Center every Friday during the Fall and Spring semesters for up to five free male latex condoms and information about safer sex.
This weekly group is for new students at Rowan....whether you're a transfer, a freshman, or just looking to make some new choices in your life. Come hang out, play games, do a craft, and chat with Healthy Campus and student leaders to gain some insights to making friends, being successful in classes, dealing with homesickness, staying healthy, or any other issue college students deal with.
This is a different kind of planetarium show! Natural Selection celebrates the 150th anniversary of the publication of 'On the Origin of Species' and the 200th anniversary of Charles Darwin's birth.
We will join Darwin on his voyage with the HMS Beagle to the Galapagos Islands, where he was inspired to develop his later theory of transmutation by natural selection.
From the comfort of Down House in Kent, Darwin himself will explain the mechanism of natural selection to the audience, and support it by showing many beautiful examples in nature.
