College is a time of great opportunity and growth. Oftentimes, with those opportunities and growth, come uncertainty and discomfort. Koru is an introduction to mindfulness and meditation for college students. During this four week course, you will learn calming mind-body skills and the practice of mindfulness meditation. Skills taught will include diaphragmatic and dynamic breathing, walking meditation, guided imagery and eating meditation. Join us if you want to learn new strategies for managing the stress of college life.
